Responsibilities:
This is a "Work From Home/Remote" position.
Your primary responsibilities include retaining customers and growing accounts (retention and growth).
As a Customer Success Representative/Account Management, you will be assigned a geographical territory, and you will nurture your accounts remotely. Being able to represent yourself professionally using modern web conferencing tools and a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) are essential to your success.

- Operating as the lead point of contact for all matters related to customers within your assigned territory.
- Engaging with customers using your charismatic personality and strong sales experience.
- Providing LEGENDARY SERVICE by promptly handling incoming calls, emails, texts, and chats from customers.
- Conducting outbound calls, text, and email campaigns to educate and upsell clients on new products and services to increase sales.
- Resolving all client issues or concerns in a timely manner.
- Maintaining and expanding relationships strategically with key accounts.
- Proactively assessing, clarifying, and validating customer needs on an ongoing basis.
- Following up daily with clients to increase client retention.
- Collaborating with marketing to optimize marketing strategies to increase sales.
- Must be comfortable engaging with customers through modern remote video conferencing/virtual meeting platforms, such as Zoom, Google Meets, Microsoft Teams, WebEx, etc.
- Must have reliable Wi-Fi.
- Must be proficient in using CRM Tools to manage customer accounts.
- Must have a designated workspace for remote employment.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service/sales/account management.
- Ambitious, goal-driven, and must possess a positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Above-average written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent skills in working with Business-to-Business relationships.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint, Outlook Email, and Outlook Calendar.
